FLAVA's Fall Conference will be held October 3-4, 2026 at the J.R. Tucker High School in Henrico County. 

All packages include exhibit space in the Bus Loop Commons, wireless Internet, and your logo on the conference webpage and SCHED website.  

 Diamond (D) – Limited to 8 spots

  $1000 Regular (deadline: September 15th)  

• Space: Two (2) 6-foot tables with four (4) chairs.  
• Presentations: Option to present two (2) 45-minute sessions (Proposal form required). 
• Representatives: Includes registration and meal tickets for up to four (4) representatives.  *
• Extended Visibility: Logo on the FLAVA newsletter and website for one full calendar year.  

Gold (G) limited to 17 spots 

$700  (deadline: September 15th)  

• Space: One (1) 6-foot table with two (2) chairs. Additional tables available for $100.  
• Presentations: Option to present one (1) 45-minute session (Proposal form required). 
• Representatives: Includes registration and meal tickets for two (2) representatives. *
• Extended Visibility: Logo on the FLAVA newsletter and website for one full calendar year.  

 Embassies/Non-Profits (NP) - limited to 10 spots

$200 (deadline: September 15th) 

• Space: One (1) 6-foot table with two (2) chairs.  
• Presentations: Option to present one (1) 45-minute session (Proposal form required). 
• Representatives: Includes registration and meal tickets for two (2) representatives.  *
• Extended Visibility: Logo on the FLAVA newsletter and website for one full calendar year. 

* Any additional representatives must register as a conference attendee.

Please note that all registrations for the FLAVA Fall Conference are final and non-refundable. By registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review your registration details before submitting.

Additional Exhibitor Registrants' Information

Provide the full names, email addresses, titles, and meal preferences (i.e. no dietary restrictions, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free) of all other individuals who will be joining you from your organization.
