FLAVA's Fall Conference, Adapt & Empower, will be held October 12-14, 2023 at our new conference venue, the Norfolk Waterside Marriott. Please use the form below to register for the conference.
Registration Dates: Early Bird Registration which includes meals ends on September 15, 2023 at 11:59pm EST. Regular Online Registration will be available through October 5, 2023. Onsite registration will be available at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott from October 12-14, 2023.
Meals: Registrations made prior to September 15th, 2023 at 11:59pm EST will include breakfast on Friday morning and lunch on Saturday morning. If you register from September 16 - October 5th, your registration will not include meals.
Please note: Any person with a disability who needs special accommodations to fully participate in the conference must notify the association at least eight (8) weeks in advance of the conference start date. This notification should include a written description of the accommodations needed and should be sent to [email protected] . FLAVA will make every attempt to meet your needs within the limitations of the association's resources.

Lifetime Membership status will be checked after registering.
Must be a full-time post-secondary (college/university) student.
