FLAVA's Fall Conference, Opening Doors for Every Voice, will be held October 3-4, 2026 at J.R. Tucker High School in Henrico County. Please use the form below to register for the conference.

Coupon Codes: In order to streamline registration, FLAVA will be using coupon codes for the various registration types listed below. If you are a presenter, you have been sent your code by our liaison.

Registration Dates: Early Bird Registration ends on September 4th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Regular Registration will run from September 5th through September 25th 2026. Onsite registration will be available at J.R. Tucker High School on October 3rd or 4th 2026.

Meals: Registrations made prior to September 25th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST will include breakfast on Saturday and Sunday as well as lunch on Saturday. If you register after September 25th or onsite, your registration will not include meals.

Please note: Any person with a disability who needs special accommodations to fully participate in the conference must notify the association at least eight (8) weeks in advance of the conference start date. This notification should include a written description of the accommodations needed and should be sent to [email protected] . FLAVA will make every attempt to meet your needs within the limitations of the association's resources.

Please note that all registrations for the FLAVA Fall Conference are final and non-refundable. By registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review your registration details before submitting.
