FLAVA provides drinks and light hors d’oeuvres to welcome attendees to the conference on Thursday, October 10
Coffee, tea, and assorted soft drinks are available during the exhibit breaks for attendees
FLAVA provides a luncheon for all attendees to network on Saturday, October 12
FLAVA will be using SCHED for the conference app
There will be a printed at-a-glance conference program available to attendees.
FLAVA would like to provide hand sanitizer or other small swag item in the conference bags. The sponsor logo will be on the item. Amount may depend upon the item chosen.

FLAVA provides a reception for all award winners and their guests.
Sponsorship can be given in any amount an organization chooses. These funds will be used to offset other conference costs.
