FLAVA's Fall Conference, Navigating a Changing World with Languages, will be held October 10-12, 2024 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott. Please use this form to register for the conference. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Continental Breakfast: $8,000.00 (Friday, October 11) - FLAVA provides a continental breakfast on Friday
• Welcome Reception:  $5,000.00 (Thursday, October 10) - FLAVA provides drinks and light hors d’oeuvres to welcome attendees to the conference.
• Coffee Break: $4,000.00 each (4 available) - Coffee, tea, and assorted soft drinks are available during the exhibit breaks for attendees. 
• Awards Reception: $4,000.00 (1 available) - FLAVA provides a reception for all award winners and their guests
• Networking Luncheon: $15,000.00 (Saturday, October 12) - FLAVA provides a luncheon for all attendees to network
• SCHED App: $1500 for full sponsorship of SCHED - FLAVA will be using SCHED for the conference app.
• Conference At-A-Glance Program: $2000 for sponsorship - There will be a printed  at-a-glance conference program available to attendees.
• Hand Sanitizer or Comparable “Swag”: $1500 for sponsorship* FLAVA would like to provide hand sanitizer or other small swag item in the conference bags. The sponsor logo will be on the item.
• Conference Bags: Sponsors can provide their own or FLAVA can purchase for a cost of $1500.
• Lanyards: Sponsors can provide their own or FLAVA can purchase for a cost of $1500.
• General Sponsorship: Sponsorship can be given in any amount an organization chooses. These funds will be used to offset other conference costs.
